Your special interest is my inspiration. It can be a launching point for creative treatment planning. We’ll explore self-expression through movement, sound, and mark-making. I am a licensed professional counselor, expressive arts therapist and trauma specialist. I have additional certifications in trauma, ADHD, Autism, somatic embodiment, energy medicine, ketamine assisted psychotherapy, and ethical integrative practices.

Due to HIPAA laws & ethical codes, if you choose to see Sarah for individual, psychotherapy, you will be unable to participate in the online community membership options with Elemental Expressive Arts. This is due to the privacy regulations set by HIPAA which prohibit a therapist from sharing public health information over social platforms, regardless of your consent to participate. However, you can still attend in-person intensives and workshops at private pay events. Please consider if psychotherapy or community support/ building social connections seem the most beneficial for where you are in your healing journey.
Elemental Expressive Arts offers private pay based care to limit paper trails to increase the sense of safety & provide a broader range of holistic services. Other considerations when choosing coaching, therapy, or community membership: Therapy may be a better fit if you are seeking a mental health diagnosis, have a known mental health diagnosis that you would like to be the focus of treatment, or want official paperwork on file in the healthcare system. In order for insurance to cover therapy, a mental health diagnosis must be given to meet insurance requirements for medical necessity.
