Altered-State Assisted Psychotherapy

Integration Work

Working with entheogens, plant medicine, or other psychoactive substances, can be part of a holistic approach to healing. Ongoing research continues to offer promising results. Join the Community Waiting Room to view National Resources for clinical trails. Integration work from personal experiences can be discussed in individual sessions as part of intention setting & treatment planning.

Expressive arts therapy offers a multi-sensory approach to integration work. As you breathe into the movement of creative expression, images, insights, & intuitive messages may emerge. Pair dosing sessions with immersive meditation or expressive arts.

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy

I offer a therapeutic modality called Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), the use of ketamine as a complement to psychotherapy. I deliver KAP in my practice in partnership with an organization called Journey Clinical, which has a specialized medical team that determines eligibility for KAP, prescribes the ketamine, & supports us in monitoring outcomes. If you would like to explore the possibility of working with me on KAP, please contact us to discuss eligibility and next steps. KAP dosing sessions available as individual, group, or retreat experiences. Subscribe to the calendar for event announcements.

Psycholytic vs Psychedelic

Psycholytic approaches use low doses with greater frequency. This can allow for more intentional work such as engaging in expressive arts, movement, verbal discussion, etc. with the benefit of a trance-like state. However, you can also choose to take an inward journey and reflect in your integration session.

Psychedelic approaches are higher doses with goals for ego-dissolving, fully dissociative experiences.

With both, an emphasis is placed on integration work during the phase of increased neuroplasticity that occurs after dosing.
